Along with some nice improvements to the on-court gameplay, NBA 2K23 added new game modes and features that are pretty darn cool. With the NBA Finals on the horizon, it's not a bad time to start playing NBA 2K23. It's a great time to subscribe if you aren't already, as PlayStation's Days of Play sale includes 25% off annual memberships. Subscribers get access to NBA 2K23, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Trek to Yomi. There are several big-name games available across both PS5 and PS4 for all PS Plus members, including PlayStation Plus Essential. The Witch Queen is the newest, and if you're simply after shooting through vibrant alien worlds with friends and can leave lore to one side, there's no better time to jump in.The free PlayStation Plus games for June 2023 are now available to download. That said, satisfying gunplay and free-to-play dungeons make it well worth checking out before you go all in on picking up one of the paid expansions. This complexity is made a little awkward as since Destiny 2 went free-to-play some early story content has been locked in the 'vault' due to improvements introduced by later in paid expansions, and this may make it tricky for new players to pick up the thread of the science-fantasy story. Destiny 2 is a space-shooter with rich lore worth delving into, but it's incredibly dense. However, if you’re completely new to all things Destiny, now is definitely a weird time to start – and we’re not just talking about Bungie being acquired by Sony.
